The ADR-9 (originally designated RCU-3/B before June 1963) was a 70mm (2.75") rocket, which could dispense chaff and flare payloads as countermeasures against radar and infrared threats. A number of XADR-9A test rounds were built and flight tested, but the rocket was not selected for production.
I have no further details about the configuration of the XADR-9A rocket.
